Sometimes we need to talk about what’s going on in our life in order to feel better. These days it’s unusual to find a skilled ‘neutral’ person who will really listen to you, without judgment and help you sort out your problems. I’m happy to be able to provide this service to my clients.
I combine health coaching, NLP and stress management techniques to help you be healthier, happier and have more control of your life. I don’t offer counselling, instead I use a solution oriented approach to help you quickly make changes that will reduce your stress and make you more effective.
So how can I help you find solutions? The answer is by asking good questions. A good question will get you to think differently about your situation and help you come up with different solutions that you may not have considered before.
Many of my clients are professionals who use me as a creative space to: sort out complex problems; get motivated; work out what’s important to them; make important decisions; discuss relationship issues; strategy and planning; defining their mission in life; create an appropriate work/life balance.
