This is a technique I use with people who just can’t seem to ‘let go’ of things that no longer serve them. These things could be habits, belief systems, fears, unnecessary tensions, bad relationships, etc.
The method uses a simple set of question,s that when repeatedly answered seem to ‘un-hook’ the problem from where it’s previously been stuck. I use this along side Jin Shin self-help methods for a gentle, stress-free way of getting rid of what you don’t want.
