Stress is huge problem for many people. It can be debilitating and negatively affect all areas of your life. Over the years I have gathered many tools and techniques to help people manage their stress and improve their health and resilience.
I can help you identify the causes of your stress (they may not be what you think they are) and help you identify small steps you can take to improve your situation and get back in control. I take a holistic view to stress management. This means I look at the big picture including lifestyle, habits, environment, communication, thought patterns, and relationships.
I give clients ‘homework’ to do between each session – self help techniques that when practiced will turn into healthy habits that help protect you from stress related illness.
My aim is to teach my clients how to become more relaxed, resilient and in control of how they respond to daily stressors.
